Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests should be sent to ubk2022kayit@evronas.com.
- Full payment is reimbursed if cancellation is made before May 31st 2022.
- 70% of payment is reimbursed if cancellation is made between June 1st 2022 and August 31st 2022.
- No refund for cancellations made after 31 August 2022.
- All reimbursements will be executed after the end of the congress.
